About PulpWorks
PulpWorks is led by packaging and supply-chain professionals with deep experience in materials, manufacturing, and sustainable packaging development. We set out to create modern molded-fiber packaging solutions rooted in renewable materials, responsible design, and circular-economy principles.
Every PulpWorks package is built with intention. We approach molded-fiber packaging design with the precision of a craftsman and the discipline of an engineer, focusing on fit, function, and long-term performance. Our work blends high-quality design with industrial manufacturing expertise, resulting in packaging that feels premium, protects products reliably, and meets today’s global sustainability and EPR-driven compliance standards.
Our molded-fiber packaging replaces single-use plastic without sacrificing strength, appearance, or user experience. By combining thoughtful design, renewable fiber materials, and proven manufacturing processes, we deliver sustainable packaging that supports EPR requirements, reduces environmental impact, and protects your products—and the planet.

PulpWorks was founded on a simple idea: the world needed a better alternative to plastic blister packaging. What began as a small team experimenting with molded fiber evolved into Karta-Pack, our patented, all-pulp solution that replaces traditional plastic blister packaging with a fully compostable, fiber-based design.
The Karta-Pack reflects our belief that packaging should be both functional and responsible. By using recycled paper and plant-based fibers, we created a package with the strength, protection, and shelf appeal of plastic — without any of the plastic waste. It remains a core example of how sustainable design can perform at scale.
Today, we’ve grown far beyond Karta-Pack. PulpWorks designs and produces a full range of custom molded-fiber packaging — plastic-free trays, inserts, protective shipping components, food-safe fiber solutions, and scalable production-ready packaging for brands across industries. Our work continues to prove that sustainable materials can meet the highest standards of performance, design, and volume manufacturing.

The Problem PulpWorks is Solving
Single-use plastics are used for minutes but remain in the environment for centuries. They accumulate in landfills, waterways, and oceans, breaking down into microplastics and PFAS that contaminate soil, water, and wildlife. More than 8.3 billion metric tons of plastic have been produced to date, and global pollution continues to rise. Without meaningful change, plastic is projected to outweigh fish in the ocean by 2050.
This growing environmental and regulatory pressure is why PulpWorks is committed to circular-economy solutions—developing renewable, fiber-based packaging that replaces single-use plastics with recyclable and compostable alternatives.
